And We Had Snow...

The prep work to head out in the snow included a new use for
ziploc bags since I never did find waterproof gloves.

They built a snow man (love the hairdo!).

I think snow is beautiful, but being cold is not my thing.
So, I am in charge of helping suit up to go out and then serving hot cocoa when they are ready to come back in. All from the warmth of inside, ahhh!

Superbowl

So, even though our Cowboys and Panthers didn't make it to the Superbowl Reggie and Rhett were still into the game. I confess I didn't even know who was playing until Sunday morning!

My favorite part of Superbowl Sunday is the commercials and this year my favorite had to be this Snickers commercial:

Our Love Story on the Air!

Last week I was riding down the road listening to our local radio station and they were asking for listeners to write in about their love story. Normally I would just listen to everyone's entries and never share my own, but that day I thought, why not!

A few hours later the radio host contacted me to let me know that our story had been chosen for the air and we won 2 tickets to the upcoming Love & War Tour!! The tour is about John and Stasi Eldredge's new marriage book Love and War through Ransomed Heart Ministries. I haven't read the book, but with a title like that it sounds very interesting.
